Account Deletion

Verify your identity and close your account on the web, then review what happens to your access and records.

1. Verify on the web

Use this page to request a one-time code to the email address or phone number on your account. After you verify the code, you can submit a permanent account closure request without signing into the app.

2. What happens

Closing an account revokes active sessions, removes registered devices used for notifications, and marks the account as closed so normal staff views no longer show it.

3. Retained records

We keep operational, audit, and business records that are required to run the service, meet compliance obligations, and preserve historical actions.

4. Need help

If you cannot receive the verification code, no longer control the email or phone on the account, or need help with a request, use the public support page.
